“Karen catered an outdoor summer wedding for us in Danville. We had a wood fired pizza oven from another vendor and asked Karen to provide appetizers and salads. She was enormously helpful in the planning process with suggestions that made service and portion control much easier than we had imagined. She was well organized, arrived in plenty of time, and thorough in the process of cleaning up. Her experience and skills were enormously valuable. We would surely hire her again.”

The food was so so good and the service was professional; she delivered everything right on time, set everything up and was so easy to work with during the planning stages. “Sunshine caterers catered a luncheon for a memorial service for our mother. We were traveling a great distance from out of state. Karen did an awesome job. She helped plan the menu, set up and cleaned up for us as our time in VT was very limited. She was pleasant to talk with over the phone and her food is delicious. We especially loved her meat lasagna, home made rolls and toss salad with maple vinaigrette dressing. I also recommend her Cranberry walnut chicken wrap sandwiches. Thank you Karen. Karen was very responsive to my many questions and changes in my thoughts. I personally love cooking for larger groups-certainly not as big as a wedding- but I’m always afraid of not having enough.
